Management and the Motivating Organizational Environment Describe at least two motivational strategies you believe would be most effective for employees in the organization, and explain why. It's actually two parts, first is "Employee Motivation" and the second is "Reflection". Please revise to include the first part.   • OK - I just reviewed it again and yes, I see all those points clearly framed and composed. The one thing I didn't see was the description of the public or nonprofit organization selected to where the motivational strategies would apply to. "Briefly describe the public or nonprofit organization you selected." I'm thinking that might just be a paragraph.
