  • Hey I see that you did the cases but you did not summarize the chapter like I instructed you. What I summarized was only the start up to case 24-1, you were suppose to do case 24-1, then continued summarizing, then do case 24-2, then continue summarizing and then do case 24-3 then continue summarizing if there is more learning martial.

  • You need to summarized the learning matrail and do the cases, you only did the cases . I summarized up to L04 or Lo5 to show you what I want you to do but you have to continue the rest . So what you have to do after case 24-1 is summrize "Sue to Recover damges", Recover the Goods" and " obtain specific performance" on 537, and then do case 24-2. Do you understand?

  • I am not sure what do you mean by subtopic? you have to summarize all the learning matrail in chapters . Don't worry about the case nugget, opening case and separate highlighted artical such as "eccomerce and the law" on page 290. My friend I don't have time to go back and forth if you take a look at what I summarized from the chapter and do the same you will do fine.
