I received the assignment found few problems in it i.e 1) Please, follow HARVARD AGPS 6 (REF style) including intex citation by using endnote. 2) Please, check the case study guide line 3) requried facts Required: Assuming less than perfect information where you may need to fill in the facts by adding more assumptions that you think may assist you in solving case facts, you are required to:

1. Advise John about the practical aspects of theories that you think are relevant (e.g. best practice, best fit, RBV) in relation to building and growing people and improving business performance;

2. Explain how John could use the Balanced Scorecard Approach to assess his business and how he could practically implement the ideas;

3. Include in your answer to John a one page summary of the facts in relation to ideas about how he can move forward, what strategies will be important, and how he can get people to live the values in such a way that business performance will improve.

Note: Please use all theory based on the readings in Module 1 and 2. Please use both the set text and the readings. More marks will be gained by students showing adequate evidence of readings in their case answer.

4) Cannot check palagrism it saying the file is security protected.

    User_8534 | Dec 01, 2016, 05:51 AM
  • Q1.best practice, best fit, RBV) Q2.How can he use Balance Scorecard Approach and implement it practically? Q3.What strategy will be important? can u plz focus on these main facts??? rather than using scholars theory,,kindly solve these questions and change ref style according to requirment..(by removing Numbers in text just add intext citation through Endnote) waiting for ur reply
    User_8534 | Dec 01, 2016, 06:16 AM
  • i have seen the work and am working on it will deliever in the evening. Am not sure about referencing style, can you attach a copy of your reference style, i have done normal harvard referencing, chicago and APA are they the same for intext?
    User_3065 | Dec 01, 2016, 09:02 AM
  • About ref style --i dont think they r same,,,,,,,,,,,,if u use Endnote it will give u proper result (aren't u using it????) coz if u do it manually thn format won't b correct anymore and can be caught by professionals (m guess u know all these, so plz make sure u r following actual system) Example intext cite -- Different business sectors can sometimes place widely different demands on an ERP system (Daneva & Wieringa 2006). also, the full link will be at d bottom as well ---- Daneva, M & Wieringa, R 2006, 'A coordination complexity model to support requirements engineering for cross-organizational ERP', in Proceedings of null, IEEE, pp. 311-314.
