Eulogy for a historical figure ... This 3-5 minute speech is the first graded speaking assignment of the semester. It should fit within the parameters of a special occasion speech. Your speech will be a eulogy for a historical figure. Your eulogy shouldfocus on the significance of this figure, NOT strictly on their biographical information. You must cite at least two sources and a formal outline and reference page are required. The materials needed for this speech are as follows: (1) two 4x6 note cards, (2) a typed, full sentence, full content outline, (3) a reference page, and (4) appropriate attire ..
