What is required in this paper is to outline a good communication that jack will use to communicate the bad news. After the outline, you pretend to be Jack and apply the good communication to pass the bad news so that they can not be perceived bad and give stress to the employees. That is all what i have done. So i have nothing more to add

first of all what you did is not an outline format that include an intro them just the main points and conclusion!!
