Overall comments: This task was not graded for content, but instead was zeroed out due to originality concerns. Revision is necessary, as 39% of this task is unoriginal material. The WGU standard is that no more than a combined total of 30% of a submission can be directly quoted or closely paraphrased from outside sources, even if cited correctly. Directly quoting another person’s work or ideas—or closely paraphrasing another’s work or ideas—requires acknowledgement of that source in the form of in-text citation and reference list inclusion. For information and guidance regarding acknowledgment of source material, please refer to the appropriate course of study and aligned learning resources.
