For Reflection Paper #3, choose any one of the eight topics from our ethics overview: Seeking the Good, Economies, Politics, Race, Gender, Justice, Environment, and Peace. This writing assignment has three objectives. First, describe the topic subject matter. Second, explain why you think this topic is important. Third, give three examples of how this topic might inform decision making. For example, if the chosen topic is Race, the subject matter will draw from your class notes and resource materials to describe a Christian value-based ethic on race relations. What is the value and benefit of a Christian ethic for race relations? The three examples can be taken from personal experience, historical, or current events. How does a Christian ethic influence and inform one's understanding and actions. Work with your "study buddy" on ideas and suggestions for draft revisions. Use the writing center to help you polish revisions for your final draft. Use MLA formatting. This paper should be no more than five and no less than three pages, double spaced.
