As a project manager, you are going to prepare two project outlines for the development of a mobile application. One project outline uses a waterfall model, another uses an agile method.   • Not a bro.. A sis... (smile) Please don't get offended, If there is a Gantt chart there it would be done as a MS project file maybe you didn't send that part it wouldn't be a word doc. but a mmp. You do have images of the waterfall and agile methodologies, that's not what I'm speaking about.. Do you have MS Project on your computer? You need that in order to do the first part.

  • Listen if you go to www.projectviewercentral.com you can download a free 30 day trial. Which will allow you to create the Gantt Chart. If you can get this done by tomorrow I will release the funds. Without this part I am doomed, I really put my trust and faith in you, I haven't lost faith yet. The Gantt Chart look just like a spreadsheet but with some additions. Have you ever done one before?, please be honest with me can you do this? I rather you give me the truth then pretened you can do something you can't. My reason for asking is that if you have done it before a program should be on your system. I have never done one don't know how and will not attempt it at this point.
