Status: Completed

Using MS Powerpoint crate a presentation based on the criteria below. The presentation must include (at a minimum, for a grade of "C") a Title slide, introduction slide t, a body that contains details, drawings/flow charts, research (a requirement), your design process with a separate slide for each step of the process, a conclusion that outlines not only the resulting solution but future recommendations about research and testing of the design and a reference slide. Since the rules for presentations limit the amount of text on a slide you must use the speaker notes feature within the prevention to provide details for each slide (as if you were presenting the powerpoint). Your trebuchet proposal must contain the following: A title slide with your name and course information An introduction slide(s) that outlines the problem you are solving and the research that is inspiring your design. A series of slides outlining your design process. This should also include technical drawings and calculations used to determine the size/power for the trebuchet, and the trigger mechanism. A cost analysis slide. This must be completed as if the materials needed to be purchased, even if they are items you already have. A timeline slide for the project, that discussed how long it will take to build. Potential assembly and use instructions on a slide. A conclusion slide that summarizes your project A reference slide containing three meaningful and scholarly sources (yes more then one) used to inspire your design.
