As I mentioned in class, for case study #3 you need to research both laws the ADA and FMLA in order to explain the legal concerns and the ethical concerns which affect Ms. Zhengs decision-making.
Also, you need to explain what Ms. Zhen, as the manager, should do to solve the problem.

To make her management efficient and authoritative in the company, she should review her roles and responsibilities and make the best overall decision towards something. This can be achieved through carrying out benchmarking from other successful managers and making consultations (your conclusive statement).

This is a great statement (see above), but you need to be specific on what Ms. Zhen, as the manager, should do to solve the problem.
Also, the sources should be cited (according to accepted academic standards) in the body of the paper.
