The article is a good read, a bit on the longer side, but it does a good job of summing up several issues related to LE challenges that we have touched upon this course using a contemporary example. Do you see any shortcomings in the current system based on how this case played out? And if so, what can we do to address them? In what broad ways must be address international crimes to close such gaps? This reaction paper must be at least 800 words.
