(Python) I have a project that I need finished by 04/15/2016. It will explore dictionaries and file reading and writing. It will be reading /creating some dictionaries about presidents and unemployment, and then checking for some statistics in various ways. It is a total of 12 functions that need to be defined. There is a tester that can be used with the functions also.

  • so all I can have in the directory is the tester file and the python code file. So I cant also have the microsoft excel file. in cmd when I type in "python tester5p.py main.py" it should work without the need for an extra file.
