Discussion of market research, business analysis, and Excel. First, the discussion board will be used to post and discuss material (articles, videos, PPT slides, etc.) related to market research, business analysis, trends analysis, quantitative analysis, Excel formulas and applications, and any other topics covered in class. For instance, you can find articles that discuss the importance of quantitative research and the problems associated with poorly identifying a problem or relying on inadequate input data. You can look for tutorial videos that explain when a certain Excel formula can be used. You will need to submit your findings along with a brief discussion of your reflection to Blackboard discussion board using the thread for the week. Reflection means thinking about what is important, why it is important, how things connect, what surprises you, why it surprises you, and what questions you still have.
