the presentation will be required to name and create a brand for a bank in their particular charter type.

the presentation will create a market strategy consistent with its charter type and a general market strategy illustrating how the bank will serve its community.

the presentation will also describe whether or not there will be a bank holding company in its structure and if so describe its purpose within the structure.

A key element will be a discussion of the advantages of its particular charter type with respect to its name, market strategy and structure.

Notice :
Credit unions are not banks; therefore you may not use those entities. I do not want the granularity of actual bylaws or articles or other corporate governance. Rather I am simply looking for higher level overviews of the branding, strategy and information about the bank's identity and business model.
