Instruction
Power Point Presentation on one particular chosen piece of artwork.
Students should focus on one artwork. A maximum of two artworks could be discussed as evidence to the main argument. The discussion should have both a formal and a contextual analysis of the artwork (messages, themes seen in the artwork and social/historical/political/religious/personal events that shaped/inspired the creation of the artwork).
The presentation should not be a biography of the artist. The presentation should have a clear introduction, thesis statement, body, and conclusion. Students should introduce themselves to the class. Students should also discuss the motives for selecting such particular artwork.
Students should have a PowerPoint with clear and high resolution images and details of the artwork (this is Art History! We need to be able to see the artwork!). The presentation should be organized to follow the presenters ideas. Presentations should be 4-5 minutes long

There may have been some confusion on the assignment. I needed the assignment to be on Cindy Sherman Untitled Film still #62. Can this be done before tomorrow morning? I will award a bonus if it can be corrected on time.
