DESCRIPTION:
This project will enhance your ability to reflect on your strengths/limitations and your ability to develop goals that will help you build your leadership capacity. Use course material and all previous written work to inform this 2-3 page assignment. Ideally, this philosophy is something you can turn to when you are faced with a tough leadership decision, or might be considered your elevator speech for your approach to leadership. Please include any references that you might use. Submit your philosophy via TLearn no later than 12 pm on Monday, May 9 (the same day as the final).
