Pam(303) For this forum, you will be taking on the role of marketing director and introducing three new revenue and profit production ideas. First, define your hospitality property (hotel, restaurant, etc.). Next, choose a minimum of two of the high level ideas presented in Chapter 20 (i.e. Merchandising, reducing guilt, staying healthy, etc.) and present ideas on how you will use those high level ideas within your property to increase revenues.
