  • I only comment on mechanics (grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure) in the first paragraph. The rest is up to you. Since students often make similar errors throughout their essays, proof carefully for these types of mistakes but also look for others. Lots of "tightening" needed. I want you to extensively revise this. Give me solid qualities in a strong thesis and a topic sentence for each one. For example, one is "social status doesn't prevent acquisition of wealth" and "embracing of diversity" and then give me CONCRETE examples of these qualities in EACH paragraph. You have a lot of rambling here. Lots of clunky sentences due to ESL errors as well. I suggest you go to a Peer Tutor AFTER you have revised, for both content and style, as well as for mechanical errors.
