Describe 1) for whom and 2) why this is an issue, 3) what created the current problem or why the current reputation is good 4) what publics are affected, 5) what is likely to happen next, and 6) how the issue should/might best be handled or how the excellent current reputation can best be maintained or further enhanced. I suggest using these six required areas as subheadings within your paper. Use APA formatting --1-inch margins, double-spaced, page headers, parenthetical citations within text, and a References section at end. No abstract or title page is necessary.
