Investors and other stockholders want to know where their company is? And where their money and efforts are going? Being transparent or clear could give either great or bad indication upon the company. It brings more investors if its actions are going through and outperforming the companys competitors. In the other hand, it could give an opportunity to competitors to see the intention of the company and cut its way to being successful. The company should be careful while it demonstrates its actions, or in the other words, it should find the way to be clear to its investors and inscrutable to its competitors. References (Strategy. McGraw-Hill Create 2016) 2- COLLAPSE I don't think that is is always necessary for a company to demonstrate what it is doing unless you are speaking in terms of their ethical and social responsibility issues. If we are speaking in terms of their strategic intent, then that is something different. Take a look at Honda. Honda started making small engines for motor cycles; however, their competitors didn't realize that their strategic intent and core competencies in engines would take them into other business, such as; lawn mowers, cars, generators, and robotics to name a few. Honda became a threat that went undetectable. It is therefore incumbent upon competitors and others in the market to expand their peripheral vision more so than for a company to expose their strategic intent. plz should be done in 3 hours cuz the due date in 4 hours
