  • hey sorry i was busy with school, I read over the paper and I looks pretty good however it does not address the issues that we are facing with the transaction fee rate. We need to have the paper be more detailed on the models and not simply explain them but explain how they impact American Express. Also the references are great but there aren't any mention of them in text and we will need that to get credit. Besides those things it looks good. can you go over it again and fix what you can? thanks and please re-email me lost you email
