Read Chapter 7: Emotions and Communication in Interpersonal Communication Everyday Encounters. Chapter 7 explores the role of emotion in communication. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize appropriate emotions in specific situations and communicate those feelings successfully. Communicating emotions can be difficult because many people do not express their emotions or they express them ineffectively. --This is just making up a missed seminar, so I have to discuss what happened in seminar. Just a quick review of this chapter will be fine. Need by a few hours. 300 words should be fine. Book is shown in attachment
