I am going to use this assignment on my online group presentation. I am going to present the argument part for plaintiff which is "Ideal Steel". My other group mates have other roles to argue on case such as, background facts, procedural posture, Issue, and Argument for Anza Brothers and National. For accessing the case, click Legal then click WestlawNext . Once you get in this page put (547 U.S. $51) in the search bar. Then you will have an access to the case. We created an issue in the part one assignment (Issue: Does a competitor have standing to sue, and a viable claim, on the ground that it has been "injured in his business or property by reason of a violation" of the Racketeer Inluenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), when the competitor claims to have lost a competitive advantage because of mail or wire fraud?)
