On Problem 3, the first NPV is correct but the NPV for Year 1-6 are incorrect. Question 1 and 2 are good to go.

Now my friend, I have checked several similar worked out problems. The answer to year 1 is either -211,677.57 or -211,677.56. Unless you have class materials that explain other ways to tackle the question, I have really tried my best. Tell me if I should proceed with the other years calculation.
