  • the if i use the 4 decimal the of pvifa=4.0138 the answer will be =$71,594.29 but if i use two decimal place pvifa=4.01 the answer will be 78920.5 meaning the difference is brought by the decimal points of Pvifa. everything else is correct because it is the same concept as number 2

  • am saying it is difficult to get the exact number as the system because of the decimals and rounding off in the calculations please. unless you can get the exact figure for pvifa from your system
