I have attached my paper use my paper to make the powerpoint.
It must be 15-20 slides using effective PowerPoint (i.e. bullets; animation; etc.). Cover page & works cited pages are not included in slide count, but are required as part of the presentation. Clear transitions between slides & speaking are required.
Peer evaluations will be conducted and included as part of the grading process. Remember this is a
communication class. Being an effective communicator is essential.
Using all of the information you have learned during the 6 weeks about communication develop an impactful presentation.
Scenario: You have been given an assignment from the VP of your company to develop an impactful presentation for the 6 Regional Market VPs and their direct reports. The subject of the presentation is The Importance of Communication.
Presentation Design: Develop and deliver a voice-over presentation covering the following design components (these are the minimum requirements i.e. proficient scoring on the rubric)
Team Communication Styles: What is your communication style? What are your strengths & weaknesses with both verbal and written business communication? What are your recommendation for improvement? What would you like the audience to focus upon to provide feedback at the end of the presentation?
Presentation Components
Introduction: Introduce yourself, the topic, the purpose of the presentation, etc.
Communication styles: educate the audience on all of the communication styles/techniques you have learned about and teach us why they are important
Best practices: Based on your research - What are the best practices you want the audience to know about? Be sure they are relevant, clear, concise and connected.
Impact: What is effective? What is not effective? What impact will communication have with your audience? What will they take away? Did you reach your goal?
Content: Include examples, stories, related topics (videos; pictures; self-produced examples) to help the audience connect.
Outside research in support of your presentation which would be relevant and applicable to your audience.
Feedback from co-workers; family; fellow-students. What learnings did you incorporate in your presentation? Why? What did you exclude from your presentation? Why?
Conclusion: Wrap up the presentation, DO NOT JUST END IT.
