Attributions in Cultures Discussion Post For this Discussion, imagine that a group of business people from two different cultures (one from a collectivistic culture and another from an individualistic culture) work together on a business project, and at the end, the project fails. Consider how people from individualistic and collectivistic cultures respond to failure and the factors to which they would most likely attribute their failures. With these thoughts in mind: Provide a brief comparison of the similarities and differences of attribution styles in individualistic and collectivistic cultures. Then provide an example of a group situation in which a project failed or a goal was not reached. Finally, explain how someone from each culture might explain the failure and why. Though I don't have any credits to show (as I have not worked on any project on this site), yet I have a really good experience of working on similar projects on other sites. I had registered on this site quite a while back, but then due to being busy with some work on other sites, I couldn't start working on this one. But now I have cleared all the backlogs, and now with a renewed vigor, I am ready to give my best to this site and the I assure that students will get a timely delivery with quality. I'll also ensure that the work submitted is free from plagiarism. Give me a chance once, and I'll provide you exactly what you need.

  • Hi. Can i finish this one today then i drop you the 3 page tomorrow? i am very sorry for delaying you and I promise that will never happen again.

  • Yes that is fine. But I will need it by 12 noon. Also I noticed that you list a lot of reference but only cite 3. Are you using all of theses sources. If not then the reference list should only read those you used. Your original work for the first assignment was a little more in depth and cited well but it seems your just citing at the end of each paragraph. Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks again for your help.
