Instruction
Spend a few minutes considering the new information and surveillance technologies that have been developed since the Fourth Amendment was originally written and the types of privacy protection you think they deserve.
Then draft your own, updated version of the Fourth Amendment to take account of new technologies and new privacy challenges. You may refer to the text of the current Fourth Amendment and modify it as you see fit.
