Instruction
This response should be 300-350 words long, typed, and in MLA format A Tempest Aim Csaire
Specifically, focus narrowly on two overlapping topics from The Tempest activity sheet handed out in class, and explore how Csaires A Tempest diverges from Shakespeares original version.
Be Specific when analyzing a particular theme, or scene, or character, and be clear about how Csaire diverges from Shakespeare. Also, since the plays have the same general plot and characters, you can easily mislead your readers. Be clear about whose play/character you are analyzing at any given point in your Critical Response.
**This Critical Response requires you to reference 2 sources:
1st, be sure to cite all your textual references, not only when you quote directly. You should also cite summarized info, references to specific events/ images, etc.
2nd, be sure your in-text citations make it clear to which play you are referring: For Shakespeare, add his last name, and continue to use act.scene.line-
numbers: (Shakespeare 1.2.10-15).
For Csaire, there are no line numbers so you will use more standard MLA citations including last name and page number: (Csaire 52)
