1.Create a bar graph using two different colors to represent the male and female categories. Use age (on the x-axis) to categorize and graph the average BMI on the y-axis. Categorize the data points by age groups. Do a grouping of teens and determine their average BMI, average BMI for ages 20 - 29, average BMI for ages 30 - 39, etc. You will end up with fewer bars and a more useful graph. 2.Create a pie chart to represent the systolic blood pressure for participants. Categorize the data points by age groups. Do a grouping of teens and determine their average systolic blood pressure, average systolic for ages 20 - 29, average systolic for ages 30 - 39, etc. You will end up with fewer partitions and a more useful pie graph. 3.Compare males and females Diastolic blood pressure. Support your results by including the following Measures of Central Tendencies and Measures of Dispersion that we have covered in this course. These require you to find the Mean, Median, Mode, Midrange, Range, and Standard Deviation. You need to these separately for Males and for Females

hi, I'm interested to help you in Creating Bar Graph. Can you send again the data? Can't open the Excel files you've uploaded.
$75.00
  • I reuploaded, looks stupid with a double .xls extension but wasn't sure how to remove the original files. also uploaded the original zip incase you can't open those, that has both files. for me excel prompted me to confirm i trusted the source, if you click okay it should be fine and display the data. if you still have trouble let me know.... would probably have to just create new spread sheets and copy/paste the data or something.

  • I can now open them. Where should I put my solution? In Microsoft Word? The deadline is on March 3, right? Will you assign the project to me?

  • There was no specification on where the charts should be placed, only follow on instructions/clarifications were: create a Bar Graph and a separate Pie Chart for the MALE data set and do the same for the FEMALE data set. To do the bar graph, just use the AGE and BMI columns from the data set. Do it for males and females. No means, median, mode, range, midrange, or standard deviation need to be calculated for this graph. To do the pie chart, just use the AGE and SYSTOLIC BLOOD columns from the data set. Do it for males and females. No means, median, mode, range, midrange, or standard deviation need to be calculated for the pie chart. To do the measures Central Tendency and Dispersion, just use the Diastolic Blood column from the data set. Do it for males. Then do these calculations again for females. This is where you do the calculations for means, median, mode, range, midrange, and standard deviation. -------------- Microsoft Word should be fine as long as you meet the above requirements. Yes, due by this coming Sunday, March 3rd. If you have no problem with any of this then yeah i'll assign the project to you; you got a solid rating.

  • ok, will do it if you assign it to me.

  • Done...

  • Did you request for cancellation of this project? If Not, message `Contact Us` below that you accidentally requested for cancellation.

  • Accidentally hit cancel... says it takes 7+ days to cancel it for some weird reason, so tried to submit the payment in advance instead... if that doesn't work and it cancels on you let me know and I can send 75 dollars to your personal paypal immediately...
    User_2944 | Feb 26, 2013, 18:07 PM
  • Yeah but it says your payment went through... if it didn't let me know and i'll use the 'contact us' option...
    User_2944 | Feb 26, 2013, 18:07 PM
  • I received the advance payment already. Will do the project and will submit it before the deadline. thanks.

  • Alright cool. Appreciate it.
    User_2944 | Feb 26, 2013, 18:12 PM
  • I already submitted my work. For Bar Chart and pie Chart, I excluded one Male participant whose age is 73 (because its beyond the age group of 50 - 59) and one Female participant whose age is 12 (because it does not belong to the age group of Teens). For the Diastolic Blood Pressure, all data are included in the computation of the measures of central tendency and measures of dispersion because we did not consider the age.
