As a results, when the analysis (a projected event) is done over a long period of time, monitoring the results may be difficult. It's easier to assess an analysis over a month than to do the same over a whole year (most expenses are incurred monthly, they might also change before a year ends). Ideally, both monthly and yearly analyses work just right therefore making her recommendations valid as well.
