You have misunderstood a key piece of information, which is that the collections to be considered should be archives or manuscript collections that are described in finding aids. Except for the first collection, you have only considered published materials, which was not the point of the assignment. You are to review finding aids,which can be found using WorldCat, but you must limit your search to Archival materials. Then, in reviewing the material, you need to discuss why or why it would not fit with your collection policy.

For the four debatable collections, list the pros and cons of each and decide whether to add it to your holdings, and describe what appraisal methods and/or theories you employ. Include the web address in a footnote and then as much information from the finding aid (likely the lead paragraph or two, which you could cut and paste into the document, if appropriate) that contextualizes your decision. The core of this assignment and upon what you mostly will be graded is the rationale you will write for each debatable, which should be no more than a paragraph or two, and relating this rationale to the various appraisal theories covered in the readings. The total assignment should be 5-7 pages. What you need to do. review this assignment paper and The collections policy. the collections have to be collections of materials as detailed in finding aids, NOT WEBSITE. The collections to be considered should be historical records or manuscript collections held in archival repositories that you can find via WorldCat, ArchivesGrid, or other means. such as congress library, and Colombia university library. After that try to find the collection (books, article, graphics, images, historical records or manuscript) for example go to library of congress or Colombia university library and try to find collections fit with the collection policy When you find the collections you need to describe it and give more reasons why we accept the archives , why we reject them , and why they need to review.

Yours were printed documents such as books and journals but if you go through the paper i uploaded you will notice that they are archives and collections of artistic manuscripts

Reread the collection policy and the mission statement of our institutions. Secondly, we have to have 8 collections, 2 in the scope, 2 out of the scope,and four debatable.
