And yes by the way, here is my teacher Feedback, might be helpful for you.

1.) When you discuss the quote from Megill and Linford in your second paragraph that says "...no lives are meaningless" your intro to the quote and your discussion after the quote doesn't fit with the actual quote. It's not clear why this quote is an atheist perspective nor why after the quote you say that lives are meaningless since the quote is saying the opposite thing. Careful of misrepresenting how the ideas are being used in your sources. Re-read your sources more carefully because if you are misrepresenting what they say then your readers get confused. English 102 goals 2.0-2.2 and 3.1 need improvement.

2.) In your third paragraph you start by saying, "The difference between the two types" but it's not clear what "two types" you are talking about...are you talking about atheists and believers? Your discussion after this is also confusing to your readers in relation to how "meaning of life" fits in with the definitions.

3.) How do the ideas presented in your Megill and Linford source compare with the ideas in your Hansberger and Altimeter source? Can you apply the reason why people choose to be atheists from our Megill source to why a child may choose to be atheists even if his/her parents are religious in your Hansberger source? Comparing and analyzing how your sources help you to figure out your question can help you to meet English 102 goals 3.1-3.4.

4. In order to develop inquiry in your paper you should work toward meeting goals 3.2-3.4 by taking the time to compare various sources' perspectives on each issue you bring up and by including more scholarly sources to support the popular sources. For example, you can you use another source to figure out why Reina might feel the way he does about believing in God because of religious stories. How does faith offer a way for him to cope with his illness but religion and belief in God doesn't?

5. Also, work on organization and transitions that help your reader understand why and how certain issues you bring up are important toward answering your research question. For example, when you bring up "the problem of evil" you should transition into it by saying why you think this is an important issue to consider to help answer your question. This will help you to work toward better meeting goals 2.0-2.2.

6. One thing your paper made me think of is how religion can limit peoples' perceptions of God like when you refer to the Sehon example. You should provide context for your reader to let them know what religion talks about God as a savior and how and why this might pose a problem if that is taken literally like in the Sehon example. You can find another source to help you analyze why Sehon might be thinking this and how some religions impose certain beliefs that might not be helpful when coping with disasters/misfortunes.

7. You end your paper with a question that seems to be getting at a different purpose for writing than you have at the beginning of your paper. The new question is asking how can belief in God be helpful in making our life on earth a better place which you didn't address in your paper.
