This can be presented as a paper (Word document) or presentation (PowerPoint). Include what communications channels (e.g. print, electronic, press conference), media outlets (e.g social media, traditional mass media - TV, print, radio), communications vehicles (e.g. press release, radio announcement, PSA). Also, who are the stakeholders, and what communications channels, outlets, and vehicles would be most appropriate for each stakeholder group, and why. Also, include what other organizations you might interface with (e.g. FBI, hospitals, first responders, local law enforcement).
