Instruction
Given the assigned schedule, the due date for submitting your exam is May 3, at 5:30 PM. Please submit via e-mail using google doc format. (2) The Final Exam question, as we have known since the 1st day of this course, is the following: --> How does the world work and how should it? Instructions: Write between 8-10 typed, double-spaced, pages, not including the cover page and the bibliography or the Works Cited page. Separate the discussion of how the world works from how it should work. Clearly, the former ought to take up the bulk of your essay. The Grading Criteria: A) Does it clearly address the key reasoning and concepts developed in each of the 4 books we have encountered in this course? B) Does it present observations and arguments in a coherent manner (i.e., do they relate logically to one another)? C) Does it provide relevant examples, cases, and sound reasoning in support of observations and arguments? D) Does it use appropriate citation? Additional Notes: Regarding Criterion (C): Make references to NO LESS THAN 10 examples, cases, operations, processes, events, etc. drawn from course materials, especially the assigned readings. Regarding References: (i) References are not detailed accounts of a case or an example. Rather, they point to the relevant aspects of a case or an example -- i.e., relevant to the argument(s) or observation(s) you are making. (ii) Make references to all the course materials and not just to some of them.
