Instruction
I need someone to create six standard recipes (i will supply the recipes upon bidding). You should show at least one appetizer, main entrée, and dessert recipe. You should also show at least one recipe made to order and one
batch-cooking recipe. You can have one recipe for both categories, such as a cake recipe that is your dessert and batch recipe. Make sure you cost out the recipe including the price of the recipe and the portion cost. Click here to download a price list file (I will provide this list as well). If you have ingredients that are not in this file, then you will have to find the cost of them. Please make sure that you document the source of your prices.

Complete the assignment in the form of an Excel file with each recipe on its own worksheet.

  • My understanding is that I'm supposed to make you six standard recipes (which you will provide) to show 1 appetizer, entree, dessert. One of which needs to be made to order, and one for batch-cooking (mass cooking). And then cost it out in excel, in 6 different worksheets.

  • Yes but are you familiar with this type of work? Do you know what a standard recipe is and how you find the cost per dish and per serving?

  • A standard recipe is basically an established recipe. As for the cost per dish, if you're providing the list, then it shouldn't be a problem. If not, i'll need to find reputable sources for ingredients (say, online grocers etc) and cite the source.

  • I'm sorry I'm not at my computer to upload I'm on my cell and the price list is included in the url I posted earlier as well as an example of a standard menu and the recipes just copy and paste the url in your browser and u will be prompted to download each file
