Here are a couple of things to keep in mind. - use a graph called "the ashby plot"(optional but preferred to at least talk about it) to select the material that fits the requirements good. - you only have to figure out a material for the socket liners that mainly prevents sweat, other conditions like cost, friction, etc. are also required to be efficient. -keep in mind this is a material science project. -please do your best and I will award you a bonus if I like your work and the sooner you finish the bigger the bonus I will give!
