Stick to discussing one of your proposed topics: either crime facilitation OR crime control, not both. In my opinion, the crime facilitation topic sounds interesting, but then we have talked about digital vigilantism already and that can help you discuss the topic in more depth. I leave it up to you to decide which one interests you most to talk about.
