5-Explain Internal Resolutions to Employment Law.
The CEO of an organization has requested you to create a presentation to managers. The CEO has discovered that the management team of the organization understands very little regarding the possible negative outcomes from discrimination complaints. You have reviewed all of the policies regarding possible areas of discrimination. The CEO has requested that you prepare a presentation to explain these new policies and the reasons that these policies are necessary to avoid legal problems. Use any three major Federal EEO/AA laws as a frame work for your policies and your power point presentation. Write one policy statement that would ensure legal compliance with each of the Federal EEO Laws and include an analysis of the policys impact on managers. You want to emphasize the two major implications for each of the Federal laws on managers. In addition, you will provide one or two slides that discuss the methodologies the organization will use to resolve any issues regarding employment laws and policies internally to avoid costly external entities getting involved.
Support your conclusions with references from a minimum of five (5) journal articles or publications.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Create a PowerPoint slide set or MS MovieMaker project creating presentation. Think about who your target audience is and how your topic affects them.
The required length of the PowerPoint Presentation option for this assignment is 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide). Your presentation MUST include notes containing 150-200 words per slide (this is your script). Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style
