Hello, I need someone to finish round 2, 3 and 4 of my Capstone (CompXM) simulation Exam online. It should take you around 4-5 hours and will reward if I have a good grade.   • Hello, Please do round 2, 3 and 4. You have to take decisions for every field of the company (R&D, Finance, TQM, Marketing and production). At the end of the decision making, you will have 10 questions. Please don't get 10/10 on the questions. Try to have 8 or 9 questions good. Otherwise my professor might notice it...Please have it done for 8pm tomorrow.I noticed you didn't have too much experience on this site so I will give you more assignments and rewards if this one is well done. Then analyze and take decisions for round 2, 3 and 4. At the end of every one of the rounds, you will have 10 questions related to the income statement and balance sheet of fictive companies. Please confirm and let me know how it goes. It is a very important exam. Thanks again!

  • It's actually simple. Just decision making and analysis on the fictive company. And respond to so;me questions. But im bad at accounting and finance. I had 30/100 on round 1 so if I don't have better scores for round 2 3 and 4 I'll fail the class... Let me know during the day tomorrow how it goes. Thanks and good luck!!

  • once you log on, you have to go on exam dashboard. then you click on round 2. then you have to click on "decisions" and make decisions on every budget for every field (marketing, R&D, finance, tqm...). You can click on the red mini flage to have indications....

  • look what the market situation is and base your decisions upon that. Click on "proformas" on the top to see the balance sheet and income statement to see what decisions and what budget you will put in.

  • there are little red triangles on the right of every decisions you have to take so click on them. It will help you make decisions and show you how much to invest

  • on the top right there is a "help" thing. Please click on it. It has all the answers. At the end of each rounds, you will have questions based on fictive markets and companies and you will have to asnwer them. Since you have a phd in business it willbe easy for you.... Please try to get 7 or 8 questions right out of 10....

  • Don't apply for practice round. There is NO PRACTICE round. This is the exam !! When you connect to the website, fo on the exam, not the class work!!!

  • you have to "save the decisions" as final decisions. Then when you saved, you have `Answer the Board Queries about Round 2`
