Good evening, it's a pleasure to work with you. I have a sample paper that I can attach for you in case you need it to get an idea how it is supposed to be done. The patient is an alcoholic and she is admitted voluntarily to the detox unit. She has alcohol withdrawal and I have to have a dialogue with her (8 interactions in total), Defence and coping mechanisms used by a patient and my feelings regarding her statements.   • Hello, thank you for turning a paper back on time but I am not actually satisfied with it. Could you make it more real. It does not make sense that patient who works as a cashier lives in hotel apartments provided by her employer. Please don't use that. Use the admission history of a client which I sent you as an attachment, a 66-year old lady who is divorced, has 2 children. In this case, she most likely can have her own apartment. The interaction should take place in the dining room (we are as students are not allowed to go to patient's rooms). The dining room has a couple of comfortable sofas, piano, TV, small round table where colored crayons etc.; the room is light, has large windows with a nice view to the Garden area of Aurora Las Encinas hospital. Something like that.The behavior characteristics of a client should present signs of alcohol withdrawal { Withdrawal effects: Anxiety, agitation, and irritability, tremors, tachycardia, hypertension, diaphoresis, hallucinations, N/V, diarrhea, delirium tremens}. Also, I noticed some gramar mistakes. I thought you have an idea of writing these types of papers and I thought I am gonna make minor corrections in a paper myself but there is a lot to change. Please apply corrections. I have to submit it by midnight tonight. Thx
