In an effort to recover from a train chemical spill, the city has begun a jobs training program for this neighborhood in conjunction with one of the local companies. An evaluation shows that the drop-out rate is high, and 16-24 year olds have difficulties getting jobs. A company wants to open a factory in Riverbend but the population will need significant amounts of training. If you were using the objective-based approach, what objectives would you have that would allow you to perform both summative and formative evaluations? Note that this evaluation was conducted using an action research method. Explain your procedures and outline them. Defend your decisions for the this approach. Would you change the groups to whom you reported? Who would you include and why? Include 35 scholarly references. Length of paper: 57 typed, double-spaced pages.

Good day, I checked the new work you have posted, and would like to work on it. I'm the most experienced scholar here, currently pursuing my PhD and am pretty comfortable with these topics. With more than 5000 projects done, I'm very comfortable with any kind of formatting or referencing style. I have online access to several paid websites like wiley, pubs, scifinder, sciencedirect etc, and so I make sure You get only good journals and peer reviewed references. Looking forward to your reply; also if there are additional instructions etc, please do let me know. Thank you

  • Please limit plagiarism. The last two assignments were 48% and 40% plagiarized and I had to drastically rework them to bring them down below 8%. Thank you.
