  • This article was eye-opening. Anne Scheiber was a woman with a clear mission. She wanted to grow her portfolio. She was incredibly successful at accomplishing this mission but made incredible sacrifices in the process. The author made a good point that to her this may have been a fulfilling life that she was totally satisfied in. However, to most of us this seems like a miserable existence. Most of us will choose to enjoy certain things and spend much more of our money than she did. This is a personal choice of priority and we will all make different choices in this area. Wherever we fall on this spectrum, we can take some lessons from Anne Scheiber. We may not all share her passion for portfolio growth but I think we can safely assume that most of us would like to be able to increase our wealth if nothing else for the sake of a financially-secure retirement. Anne provides a great example on how to use the stock market to grow wealth. She invested in things she understood. She invested in mainstream companies that she believed would continue to make money for a long period of time. She was focused on long term growth rather than immediate return. This is an incredibly important point to take away from Anne. She had the patience to hold onto a stock and trust that the market would grow her investments. This is a very difficult quality to have. Overall her life can give us a great example to follow with our stock market investments but I think most of us would choose to live our lives differently than she did even if it means our net worth will not be what hers had become. this what u should respond plus u write about the article 250 words
