You are required to write a literature review on your research topic. It should be 3-5 pages long according to your topic. A literature review is a summary of the findings of prior studies on your topic. Try to find the patterns and disadvantages of prior studies, instead of introducing studies one by one. Maximumly, you can have 20 points out of this assignment. Please include a reference page.
18-20 points:
Review 5 or more empirical studies. Synthesize and summarize the patterns of the findings of prior studies properly. Critique the methodological disadvantages of prior studies if there is any. Link the patterns and disadvantages of prior literature you found to your own study. Use APA format for in-text citation and reference page.
16-17 points:
Review 5 or more empirical studies. Synthesize and summarize the patterns of the findings of prior studies, but not very properly. Critique the methodological disadvantages of prior studies if there is any. Use APA format for in-text citation and reference page.
14-15 points:
Review 5 or more empirical studies. Review prior studies one by one. Critique the methodological disadvantages of prior studies if there is any. Use APA format for in-text citation and reference page.
12-13 points:
Review fewer than 5 empirical studies. Review prior studies one by one. Critique the methodological disadvantages of prior studies if there is any. Use APA format for in-text citation and reference page.
Below 12 points:
Review fewer than 5 empirical studies. Review prior studies one by one and poorly. May not use APA format for in-text citation and reference page.
