Using his right hand lifting the pitcher by the handle and left hand is holding the side of the pitcher to pour his milk in his Styrofoam cup. - fasten zippers/buttons Luke was trying to fasten his pants zipper for about 5 minutes standing by himself until the teacher saw him and came to help him. - picks up and inserts objects Luke use his right hand to grab the macaroni, his left hand to hold the yarn to insert the macaroni. When he would insert the macaroni in the green yarn one a - controls drawing tools Luke is sitting on the chair coloring with markers at a small table with a friend. Luke had light brown skin with short black hair. He also had small round dark eyes with long eyelashes. Luke had little white teeth that showed when he smiled. He had a round face with plump cheeks. He’s ears look normal size for his head, and it seemed that they poked out a little. Luke is not obese, he is quite slim, but he has a chubby stomach. He looks like an active child and he also looked healthy and strong. I notice Luke walking into the daycare with his father holding his right hand early morning. Luke walk straight toward the back of the classroom to wash his hands he turns on the faucet with his right hand and start washing his both hand. Luke screams me he leaves the Legos and walks toward the back side on the left side there is a small table where Luke got a chair and sat down. The teacher gave the children a yarn string with a needle to each. Luke starts to insert in the macaroni in the yarn one by one. He used the right hand to grab the macaroni from the table and he is holding the yarn with his left hand. When he was done making his necklace he walks toward his right two tables down and sat on the chair to color with markers. He grabbed a yellow marker from the center of the table with his right hand. He only changed his marker once while observing him. Luke was walking toward the restroom when in and few minutes comes out walking trying to fasten his zipper. He couldn’t fasten it he was having a tough time. Until the teacher saw him and help him. I was unable to observe scissors. Observing Luke outside in the playground. Luke is in the playground with other children present. He enjoys being outside playing with others. He is running, laughing and screaming while chasing his friend. His friend is a girl I named Annie she was light skin and with long hair with a white bow on her head holding her hair in a ponytail. She was wearing a gold bracelet on her right hand. Luke stopped playing with Annie. He went to sit on the floor with his leg crossed and lining forward to scribble on the sidewalk with chalk using his right hand and his left hand on sidewalk. Minutes later he started to cry because another child took away the chalk. He was screaming its mine chalk. The teacher when to check what was going on and gave him another chalk. Ask him to lay on the sidewalk to trace him and Luke lays flat on the sidewalk giggling and asking the teacher to trace him with a blue chalk. After the teacher finish tracing his body he gets up and stare at it with a smile on his face. A teacher comes out of the class and ask who is it? Luke response it’s me with a big smile on his face. Luke walks toward the back of the playground and sits on his bottom to play with a little car. When another child comes and sits with him to play. In minutes I observed them fighting. Luke through temper tantrum when the other child took the car he was playing with. He felt back and started to kick the child body with his both legs and got up on his side and hit the child with his right hand. The other child defend himself crying and started to hit Luke. It’s when Luke started to cry and scream stop. The teachers come and tells them to stop and takes them by her. Luke goes back to the playground and plays on the little slide. He waits for a little girl to slide down to take his turn. He slides down a few times and goes get a buggy and pushes himself with his both legs. I notice Luke operates well playing by himself. Time to go home Luke is playing in the playground and somehow, he turns and see his father standing by the door way. His face expression is his eyebrows lift big eyes and mouth open, surprise to see his dad.
