please find in the media a recent (less than three months old) article about a project in Ontario Canada. Please research this project and write a brief analysis explaining why the project, in your opinion, is successful or not successful. It is okay if the project is still underway. Your analysis should include any or all of the PM topics we have covered in class: picking the proper project, appropriate charter, scope analysis, change control and scheduling/costing analysis. Please DO NOT make information up - only use what is objectively available... you may of course, question whether any information you discover is in fact being delivered objectively! You should finish your paper with recommended next steps for the project manager. A good five (5) page document should be adequate. Please ensure that your research is properly cited. 25% of the mark will be based upon presentation: spelling, grammar and punctuation. A second 25% will be based upon clarity of thought and presentation - that is to say, can I easily understand your analysis and recommendations for next steps. The remaining 50% is based upon the quality of your research and arguments: do you have adequate information to analysis the project? Does your analysis properly reflect the available information and do your arguments/conclusions logically follow from that information? Are your recommended next steps truly reasonable and actionable? This assignment is due before November 3, 5pm. I will be using SafeAssign.
