Trebuchet PowerPoint

For this assignment you will need to create a powerpoint proposal for a trebuchet that you will build and test as part of a future lab. Based on the quality of your powerpoint and its design, you will be placed into groups that will design and build a trebuchet as part of the final lab. The powerpoint is intended to be a proposal that will showcase your design idea. The powerpoint itself will be composed of: A title slide with your name, course information and "the brand name of your idea" An introduction slide that defines a trebuchet. A research slide that outlines the parts of a trebuchet and how the target and triggering systems work. A math slide that show the calculations you are using to meet the lab requirements. The math needs to be accurate! A cost slide that outlines the approximate cost of the materials you will need for your design. Some of you may choose to use materials you already have. This is fine, but you still need to calculate the cost of those. A reference slide for all of your research. The project requirements: The projectile will be a standard size marshmallow (jet puff brand). The projectile will need to be launched 15 feet and land into (without out bouncing) a container 9 inches wide by five inches long and two inches high.
