  • Response Growth in Arab Trade could be affected by political factors such as terrorism that affects most of the Arab world. Most of the Arab countries are majorly affected by terrorism steered by groups such as ISIS and Al-Qaeda. Such instabilities will result to a loss in trade areas thus causing UAE to reduce its exports to the affected countries. Additionally, research shows that UAE oil fields are getting exhausted. The country has moved its focus to creating revenues via tourism rather than exports. The depletion of the natural resource will thus reduce the exports and trade by UAE to the PAFTA significantly.
