Consider this dilemma: You are the CEO of a community based human services organization with facilities in several towns. The state is having a budget crises and threatening to reduce funding by 40%. The head of the state funding agency suggests that the organization shut down one of its centers. This decision would result in the laying off of dedicated staff and would deny needed services to the community of that center. Those employees, their families, and the city depend on the organization. For purposes of this discussion, what is the best decision? Justify your reasoning. Provide at least two ethical theories that guided your decision
