The types of services that have been provided Their general level of satisfaction with these services and the results that have been achieved Current gaps or difficulties with the services there are receiving Part of this experience involves developing a sensitivity to the individual with whom you are working. This will require some planning on your part in relation to the manner in which the initial questions will be asked, and how you will follow-up on the individual’s initial response through additional probing and questioning. Make every effort to make this a comfortable and positive experience for the individual that you are interviewing. Try to keep the total interview at approximately ten minutes in length.
